A sustainability entrepreneur, co-founder of Civic Response Team and The Center for Applied Research and People’s Engagement, Natasha is a Young India Fellow, 2013
(UPenn & Ashoka University) and an Acumen Fellow 2018. Natasha completed with distinction a post-graduate certificate course in Decentralised Waste Water Treatment Systems (DWWTS) from the Center for Science and Environment. Her focus is on developing equitable, practicable and sustainable area-specific solutions. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Post Graduate Degree in Law from Mumbai University.
With an undergraduate degree in Environmental Studies and Politics from Whitman College, Washington & a post-graduate degree in Urban Policy and Governance from TISS, Gauri is the overall systems, outreach and communication in-charge at EcoSattva. She is also a Global Leaders Fellow 2018. Her grasp of public policy and extensive research skills combined with a practical vision provides the team with a studied approach and ensures the building of unshakable solutions.
Sameer completed his B.E in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay (Silver Medalist) and his post-graduation in Mechanical Engineering (Robotics) from UC Berkeley. Deeply passionate about machine building he is the CEO and R&D Head at Grind Master Machines Pvt. Ltd. He also serves as Vice Chairman of SPMS Supramtic, France, Proprietor of Maximus Technologies and Technical Director – I Invent Labs Pvt. Ltd.He is also a Passionate Explorer - Be it on the Mountain Bike or in Hiking Boots, or in Trail Running Shoes.

Ashwin has a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the College of Agriculture (Pune), a M.Sc. in Horticultural Sciences from the University of Florida (UF, Gainesville, USA) and has completed a post graduate programme in Sustainable Management of Natural Resources from the Ecological Society of Pune. He also received a research assistantship from UF and a USDA Graduate Student Award for developing a system to produce organic plug transplants for strawberry production. After graduation, Ashwin worked as a researcher at the Institute of Agri-food Research and Technology, Barcelona, Spain. He returned to India in 2007 and started a non-profit called Gorus Organic Farming Association - one among the first CSA networks in India. He is a Yoke Waller-Hunter Fellow, 2008 (Netherlands) and has completed courses in organic farming offered by Navdanya (India) and Rainforest Rescue International (Sri Lanka). Ashwin has also worked with UWC Mahindra college as a consultant on sustainable resource management, and with Gomukh Environmental Trust as their principal project co-ordinator for various projects on rural renewable energy, watershed conservation, and sustainable agriculture.
